She’s so awesome to communicate with if i have any problems or anything she’s always there to help. I had some issues going on and i called her and she got it taken care of right away for me! The same day! if i could give her a million stars, i would! She’s been so helpful, and sweet to my family. SHES AWESOME!!

The tour was short and sweet. Chelsi was great at selling all the amenities. This is a place I would want to live, clean modern and love the open layouts of the units. I’m super excited that they are dog friendly, so I can bring my fur friend.

Ryann is such a great property manager! We've been living here since this place opened so there have definitely been a few small growing pains, and she has always went above and beyond to help us get resolutions to any issues we've ever had! The finishes inside our apartment far exceeded our expectations, and we have never heard our neighbors! Plus being so close to downtown while also having a great view is a huge bonus.

Great apartment and quiet! I was worried with it being downtown and on wall, that I would hear a lot of traffic and noise, but surprisingly it's not bad at all. Management is great and always responds in a timely manner. They are also very helpful when you need anything. Haven't had any problems living here and I love that you have to have a key to get into the building. It makes it feel a lot safer!
